Welcome to IVAD:

Valencian Self Defence Institute is the biggest centre only devoted to MMA training.

The main objective of the IVAD is transmitting the most effective and actualized MMA techniques to this person who may use these techniques in a good way. As for that, exist a very strict selection of the students who attend to these courses.

The audiovisual media and the technology of the information, combined with the new pedagogic techniques and the excellent human treatment given to the students , make him to achieve an excellent technical level in only few months of training.
